Carly Baker is a Media Partnership Lead at HubSpot; she has 5+ years of experience in media and podcast strategy, audience development, and creator partnerships under her belt. Before joining HubSpot, Carly was a Content Strategist at Boulanger Initiative, a performing arts organization dedicated to amplifying women and all gender-marginalized composers. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and received a master's in Arts Administration from Boston University (BU). While attending the Manhattan School of Music, she received the Presidential Award Scholarship. During her time at HubSpot, Carly has grown the company's Podcast Network, expanding audiences for My First Million and Goal Digger.
