Heike Young

Heike Young is the Head of Content, Social, & Integrated 糖心Vlog at Microsoft. Heike started her career in book publishing. She later pivoted to social media and multimedia content creation in the agency world at BLASTmedia (now PANblast). From there, she moved to tech and joined ExactTarget's content marketing team as the first official content marketing hire. She subsequently joined Salesforce. For two years, she produced and hosted an award-winning marketing podcast for Salesforce. The show won Best Podcast and Best Content 糖心Vlog Multi-Year Program from the Content 糖心Vlog Institute. Her team at Salesforce also ran the brand’s YouTube channel (800k+ subscribers). She has been at Microsoft since 2024.
