Shannon L. Jackson

Shannon L. Jackson is a learning and development coach and mental fitness advocate. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in General Management. She is the founder of The Whole SDR, the first L&D company for sales development teams, and a newsletter that bridges the gap in holistic learning and development for SDRs, helping them build resilience, emotional intelligence, and achieve sustainable success in high-pressure sales environments. Before this, Shannon served as a sales development representative for two SaaS companies after completing an online sales development certification program offered by Course Careers. She also served as a sales development career coach for that program. Shannon is currently coaching The Whole SDR framework to clients while working towards her certification in Positive Intelligence, a mental fitness framework, so that she can continue the mission of optimizing performance while prioritizing wellness, learning, and emotional intelligence in the SMB tech sales industry. A Mobile, AL, native, Shannon currently resides in Houston, TX, with her husband and two sons.
